Who Is Eligible for NYSC?
The National Youth Service Corps requires certain conditions to be met before a graduate can participate in the one-year national service program.

1️⃣ Age Requirement
You are eligible if:
• You graduated before turning 30 years old
• Your date of graduation (not date of convocation) is before your 30th birthday
🔎 Important Note:
If you are 30 years or above at the time your school graduates you, you will receive a Certificate of Exemption, not a call-up letter.
2️⃣ Approved Institution Requirement
You must have graduated from:
• A Nigerian university
• A Nigerian polytechnic
• A college of education
• Or an accredited foreign institution
Your institution must be recognized by the Nigerian government.
3️⃣ Senate List Approval
Your name must appear on your school’s Senate/Academic Board Approved List submitted to NYSC.
If your name is not uploaded, you cannot register.

4️⃣ JAMB Matriculation List Verification (For Nigerian Graduates)
Your admission must be recognized by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
If your name is not on the JAMB Matriculation List, you may need to do JAMB Regularization.

5️⃣ Completion of Academic Program
You must have:
• Completed your final clearance
• Received your Statement of Result or Certificate
• No outstanding academic issues
6️⃣ Foreign-Trained Graduates Requirements

• Upload international passport data page
• Provide entry and exit visa stamps
• Upload evaluation letter (if required)
