How To Register

Online registration is the official process where Prospective Corps Members (PCMs) submit their details on the portal of the National Youth Service Corps before being mobilized for service.

Follow the steps below carefully.

STEP 1: Confirm You Are Eligible

Before attempting registration, confirm:

• Your name is on the Senate List

• Your admission is recognized by JAMB

• Your personal details are correct

🔗 Check JAMB Matriculation List via the

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board portal:

https://www.jamb.gov.ng/efacility

If your name is not found, resolve it before proceeding.

STEP 2: Visit the Official NYSC Portal

Go to the official website of the

National Youth Service Corps:

https://portal.nysc.org.ng

On the homepage, click:

“Mobilization Batch [A/B/C] – Registration”

STEP 3: Create an Account (For First-Time Registration)

Click “Fresh Registration.”

You will be required to:

• Enter a valid email address

• Confirm email

• Create a password

• Enter phone number

A verification link will be sent to your email.

Open your email and click the activation link.

Use your personal email only.

STEP 4: Log In and Complete Bio-Data

After activating your account:

• Log in with your email and password

• Fill in your personal information carefully:

• Full Name

• Date of Birth

• State of Origin

• Marital Status

• Next of Kin

• Course of Study

• Institution

Ensure all details match your school records.

STEP 5: Upload Required Documents

You will upload:

• Passport photograph (white background, clear face)

• Signature (if required for your batch)

For foreign-trained graduates:

• International passport data page

• Visa pages

• Transcript

• Evaluation letter (if required)

Ensure all uploads are clear and readable.

STEP 6: Thumbprint (Biometric Capture)

Biometric fingerprint capture must be completed.

This may be done:

• At an accredited cyber café

• Or designated biometric center

Without successful thumbprint capture, your registration is invalid.

STEP 7: Choose Call-Up Letter Printing Option

You have two options:

Option 1:

Pay online and print your Call-Up Letter directly from the portal.

Option 2:

Do not pay and collect your Call-Up Letter from your institution.

Payment is done securely on the official NYSC portal only.

STEP 8: Print Your Green Card

After successful registration:

• Click “Print Slip”

• Download and print your Green Card

The Green Card contains:

• Your personal details

• Call-up number

• Registration summary

You will need it for camp.

STEP 9: Wait for Call-Up Letter Release

Once NYSC releases Call-Up Letters:

• Log in to your dashboard

• Click “Print Call-Up Letter”

Your Orientation Camp details will be displayed there.
